Transaction records and financial data may be retained for longer periods as required by Indian financial regulations and tax law. Guest Referee data (name, email, and verdict records) is retained for the duration of the associated contract lifecycle and for audit purposes.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. These include encrypted data storage, secure HTTPS connections, access controls, and authentication safeguards.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Dothatshi is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect or process data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered an account, contact us immediately at support@dothatshi.com.

11. Changes to This Policy
